Exam Description

     The CompTIA A+ 2006 Edition exams, 220-601 through 220-604, remain relevant and are in use by organizations and educational institutions throughout the world. These exams will remain in the market until July 31, 2010, to allow all who are training or studying with current materials to complete their course of study.The CompTIA A+ 2006 Edition certification exam has three separate tracks. The CompTIA A+ Essentials test, exam code 220-601, is required for each first-time applicant. All applicants then choose a test to align with one of the three designations.
